Sharing our Holidays with you! In December of 2006 we were watching a evening news cast and they were showing some Christmas Holiday yard displays and one came on that had animated lights sequenced to the music. Being the first time we had seen this it really got our attention. The next night we drove 80 miles one way to view them. That's all it took to get hooked! I drove back a couple days later during the day and knocked on the door of the home with all the lights and cords. He was more than happy to share his knowledge with me and told me of a place on the internet called Planet Christmas.
After reading endless forums we bought our first LOR (Light-O-Rama) controller and put it together. Then just before July 4th bought another and sequenced some patriotic songs to the lights and had our 1st animated light show. Born In The USA, The Star Spangled Banner, Military Marching Song and Stars And Stripes Forever. It was a success and the first of it's kind in Williamsburg, Iowa as far as we know. Then we thought why not Halloween! For this we did 4 songs. Ghost Busters, The Monster Mash, This Is Halloween and the theme to The Adam's Family. Ok, so we had 32 channels of LOR and thought what if we would get 32 more? Wow! Just think what we could do with 64 total channels of Light-O-Rama to play with. We ordered them and they were readied for Christmas. By now we had 7 songs programed for 64 channels and 24 Christmas trees made from tomato cages (12 large & 12 small) were finished. Halloween display will start October 17th 2008. Please stop by after Halloween to see our light displays. This is very addictive stuff let me tell you!
